During each visit we walk through the property according to a short checklist we agree with you. We open windows for airing, check the taps and radiators, water plants, empty the mailbox and, if agreed, take rubbish bins out and back in. Any irregularity (a leaking tap, a broken window, a delivery slip) is documented and reported to you the same day.
Presence simulation & key management
We adjust lights and blinds on different days so your home doesn't look untouched from the outside. Keys are handled with care: they carry no name or address, only an internal code, and are stored separately from any personal data.
