Frequently asked questions
Which package should I choose?
As a rule of thumb: up to one week away and no pets — Basic. One to three weeks, or you want presence simulation and photos — Comfort. Cats at home or more than three weeks away — Premium. If none of that fits, take the Custom Package and pay per task.
Are the prices final?
The prices shown are endprices for private customers; under § 19 UStG (German small business regulation) no VAT is charged. The exact price for your home is confirmed in writing after a short, free pre-visit.
Is travel included?
Travel inside Jena is covered by a flat travel fee that we state transparently in your quote. For towns outside Jena a small mileage surcharge applies, agreed in advance.
Can I change or cancel a package?
Yes. Frequency and scope can be adjusted before the assignment starts, and additional visits can be added later if our schedule allows. Cancellation terms are described in the German AGB, which are the authoritative version.
Do you look after dogs as well?
Cats and small pets are part of our standard service. Dogs only after a prior meeting and a short familiarisation phase, because dogs need a reliable relationship with the person looking after them.
